Hi Everyone,

I am working on an AGV material flow simulation in DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE and have noticed different routing behavior between two AGVs on the same guidepath network.

• AGV1 follows the exact same route for both delivery and return trips.
• AGV2 follows one route to deliver a part but selects a different route for the return trip.

The guidepath network contains multiple possible routes, as shown in the attached image. My objective is to have AGV2 follow the same predefined path in both directions, similar to AGV1.

Could anyone please advise:

1. Is there a way to force an AGV to use the same path for both outbound and return travel?
2. How can a fixed or predefined route be assigned to an AGV?
3. What is the recommended modeling approach when identical to-and-fro travel paths are required?

Any guidance, best practices, or example models would be greatly appreciated.
