I am new to the community and to Factory Flow Simulation.
I am testing a workflow involving three different products (Product A, Product B, and Product C). I have a transformation point (NC Machine) that transforms four products into one; since the products arrive randomly and fill four slots at this point, there are 15 possible product combinations (AAAA, AAAB, AAAC, AABB, AABC, AACC, ABBB, ABBC, ABCC, ACCC, BBBB, BBBC, BBCC, BCCC, CCCC). However, only the AAAA transformations occur; the other combinations do not take place when they appear in the sequence. How can I configure my transformation point (NC Machine) to respect the product arrival order and execute the transformations accordingly? What settings do I need to select to handle this proposed dynamic? EXAMPLE: Products arrive in this sequence (AAABCAABBACCABBC), and transformations are created based on the input sequence (AAAB, CAAB, BACC, ABBC).
