Scenario : A total of four forklifts operate on the Pathway defined within the workshop. In this scenario, three forklifts simultaneously pick up materials from the loading point and travel toward the AGV Decision Zones at the exit points. The fourth forklift remains at the loading point and waits for the next available transport task.

When one of the three active forklifts reaches its assigned AGV Decision Zone and completes unloading the material into the Buffer Zone, the forklift waiting at the loading point is released to start its transport task.

Meanwhile, the forklift that has completed unloading returns to the loading point via the Pathway and is loaded with new material. It then waits until the AGV Decision Zone at the first exit point becomes available before starting its next transport task.

Could you help me create the business logic for it ?
