I need to understand how to apply Changeover data, and I'm considering the following:

IF the following variables can be applied to a FFS model:

• Number of Changeovers (with number of variants to be considered)
• Time per changeover

HOW Changeover data is stored in a FFS model

• Using a table or spreadsheet?
  • If not, then what is the proper method to capture a Changeover Matrix? 
• How can a Changeover be initiated? Call-out mechanism? (i.e. by name, attribute, etc...)
