I have tried a little bit in Factory Flow Simulation. 
In my scenario I can specify a Transform Service for a Transform activity (NC machine). What I need to do that the duration from PartOperation.1 is taken in the simulation? Currently the simulation is calculated with the duration of 10 seconds.

I have the same problem with Transfer activities that are executed by a Robot.
