I'm investigating the Factory Flow Simulation functionality of traffic management with shared walk ways with humans and AGVs. 

I was wondering if Factory Flow Simulation. 
 

1. Can an AGV detect if crossing an intersection will cause a collision with another AGV? 
   1. If so, can an AGV detect a collision with a human? (EG: for optimising shared AGV and human interactions). I've seen plenty of examples of AGV interaction, not a shared multi-resource interaction. 
   2. Can we simulate variable human walking speed where a human may slow down seeing an AGV cross the intersection (through decision points possibly)?
   3. Can we simulate a variable AGV speed where the AGV will slow down going into an intersection if an AGV is going to cross (through decision points for instance) 

If anyone is aware of the AGV traffic management functionlity in conjunction with human resources, any assistance is appreciated.
