Just a general question on DELMIA's ability (or lack there of) to capture upstream changes (CAD revisions, assembly model changes, etc.) in a downstream DELMIA simulation model, like a Factory Flow model, Robotic Simulation, Assembly Evaluation, Work Instructions, etc. Is it possible (currently) to have the simulations built on a certain revision of data to be updated in a more automatic fashion if the underlying upstream data changes to a new revision? Or is this up to the engineer who made the simulation to manually control this process or initiate it (with a Replace command, etc.). This seems to be coming up with our clients quite a bit (the ability to seamlessly reuse efforts in DELMIA as upstream data changes).
Trying to understand the limitations of making changes upstream and their affect or non-affect on DELMIA simulations and what is currently best practice and perhaps what is planned with a tool like "Leo" in the future.
Thank you!
