Factory Flow Questions

I have two questions:

The first and most impactful is that, as you can see in the attached video, the operator loads one part at a time. In the real case, it always carries two:

- Take two pieces from the pallet of parts to be welded and place one on each side. Close the clips on both and step back to activate the button.

- Remove two finished pieces, one on each side, and take them both together to the pallet of finished pieces.

- Go to the pallet of parts to be welded (without activating the button) and pick up two new parts. This is how the process is repeated.

The second divergence is in the differences in times that must be present in the buttonhole. When it is rotated to a smaller table, it has a shorter cycle time. When it activates the larger table (which contains the two smaller tables), the cycle time is longer. I would like to know how we can portray these differences in this model.
