One of my customer is facing an issue while playing the simulation.

The problem is that the simulation is running correctly but we do not see the product on the different zones or machines..

The 3D of the product is loaded in the session.

The product is well defined in the flow :

I tried to play another Flow Simulation on another 3DX platform with the same settings and I do not have this behavior. It is only on this simulation on their platform.

I was pretty sure it was working during a period of time but now we can not see the product during the simulation anymore.

For information : the 3D of the product is very big (a lot of details in the 3D).

We use MBOM and workplan in the flow simulation.

Do you have any idea of the problem?
