Hello Delmia Virtual Factory and Robotics community, I was hoping to ask for your help regarding a small issue I am facing and cannot find a solution for on my own.
Whenever I try to run a robot simulation with Clash Detection set to ON and with point cloud clash support Active, for some reason all the points that I cleaned up reappear in the playback. Is there a setting that must be applied ?
This is the case regardless if a point cloud representation is contained within a manufacturing cell or a product. I am sharing this video of a small test case to demonstrate the issue, I hope the answers can be of help to others in the community as well.
In the first 30 seconds of the video, the contents of the Manufacturing cell are shown along with how the cleaned up point cloud looks versus its original content.
