hello, I have a customer who has tried to use RRS with Fanuc RCS. and I have the following questions to ask for your kindly help:

1. it is necessary to set up the RCS Home directory and RCS Data Home Directory? and how to set?

2. when I tried to connect to RRS Server, it popuped the follwoing error message, how to resolve it?
