Can anyone tell me why my arc trajectory does not stay in place on a manufactured product?

Every one of my trajectories will get disconnected from the product when I restart the delmia platform. Sometimes the trajectory will update and move back to the original position and work, but most of the time my tags change orientation and make my tasks useless. With the Hot Fix 9 2005 we are still having this issue. We are now able to preview the contour, but we can't get a good result. It always come up with errors with curve and part intersection. We get good results with surface intersection, but the tags still don't stay connected to the part. 

We've tried selecting different manufactured parts and different features on the parts (holes, lines, slots). We tried adjusting the gap and angular tolerance value between 5 - 10000. I know 10000 is extreme but I'm really getting frustrated with this arc trajectory function not working properly and the glitches and bugs in this software. Some days I spend half my day documenting problems that we are having with delmia and I just want to throw this computer out the window. lol 

I really need some answers. All this rework is a huge waste of time for us.

Is anyone else seeing this problem on their machines?
