1. I am interested in creating Work Instructions and would like to know if purchasing PMR-OC (Operations Engineering Reviewer) is the right option for this purpose.
    
2. I recently reviewed some process engineering documents on the community wiki, such as presentation PDF, but it looks like the terminology for Web App and Rich App(Desktop/Native App) has changed over time. If there are updated plans or new versions of these documents available, could they be shared?
