1. Create workplane
2. Create operation inside workplane
3. Create new System and create Scope between System and Workplane
4. Assign operation from Workplane to System
5. In System we could see implicit link between operations
Is it possible to use this link in Process Flow Simulation App or I need to create Production Flow (or Precedence link)
