Operation (in general) have two different type of times:

1. Time per piece (to do operation)

2. Setup time (prepare and take off technological equipment)

In DELMIA I could use operation with specific time mode (estimated time or analyzed time or ... so on).

I think, Estimated time (or another type) is Time per piece. But how or where attribute for Setup Time?

In case of one product or part:

Time = Time per piece + Setup time

In case of batch of products or parts:

Time = Setup time + Time per piece*N

where N - numbers of products or parts.

It is very critical when we analyze time for batch of products in Process Flow Simulation.
