Hello.

I'm trying to use "Workplans with Capable Resources" concept.

But it seems like that I can't use Resource Utilization Gantt and Resource Balancing with Capable Resources.

To use these features, it looks like I have to use General Systems scoped with Resources. 

Is this right?
