Does anybody know a quick way to import/create a lot of operation from existing data (excel/txt) ?

My need is to create operations with Title, Description and Estimated time set automatically.

My current best way is to create Operations with the help of PPR Spreadsheet Editor and then to copy and paste attributes by attributes with Sheet Editor (quicker than PPR Spreadsheet Editor).
