Hi All,

Having issues, 3D graphics are not loading in 3Dworkbooks, (web-based client) for a published workplan, generated in the Delmia work benches (using Native client), under the following conditions:

• Workplan publication App is used in Native Client
• 3D & 2D views + 3D buildup are selected when publishing the graphics
• “file” mode selected in publication preference

*Based on the above scenario, only the 2D captures will load in the 3Dworkbook, along with supporting work instructions, parts, consumables, etc.

If I change the preference settings for publication to “connected”, I am then able to load the 3D graphics in the 3D workbook (3D & 2D views + 3D buildup remain selected)

Does anyone know why this could be? Any tips on trouble shooting?
