The Operation Position function is not functioning properly in the Workplan/System-based PPR structure.

The execution steps are as follows.

1.  Create the PPR structure (create the Scope Link and Implement Link)
2. 
   2-1. Perform the Define Position function for General Operation under Station 10.
   2-2. Place the item at position A.

3. Check the result in the 3D View environment.

   Expected Result: In the 3D View, the item moves to position A.

   Actual Result: In the 3D View, the item does not move to position A.
