May you have an explaination or method to solve following challange.
A released manufacturing structure with full and partial scope shall be updated with MIPLI (Manage Item-Product Links Inconsitency) to revised engineering items.
In case of full scope, the strategy of MIPLI is "Replace by New Revision", which is OK, the manufacturing item is released.
In Case of partial Scope, manuifacturing item is identified as "non-modificable" because it's released. The strategy for MIPLI would be "reroute only" and this is in conflict with "non-modificable". thats the reason for "ignore" if activated (ootb).
The user expectation for partial scope is "Replace by New Revision".

Does anybody can expalin the existing behavior?
