Using the MBD to MBM approach the Manufacturing Engineer can generate Manufacturing Requirements to be reused along the value chain on MBOM, Process Planning, WI .. and others. 

Can afterward an Design Engineer check the assignment of the Manufacturing Requirements? If possible without any extra Delmia license? 

I think one option should be with the MFN widget but in this way the Design Engineer should also have a one MFN lic assigned to his user. Or maybe something in 3DSpace ?
