Hi,there is one special case,the scope between provided part and product is complete，the implement link is broken,but the broken implement link cannot be identified by 'Manage Inconsistent Link Item-Product' command,such as attached picture.

I tried many way to reproduce the scenes，it cannot be reproduced finally.Every Expert,Is there solution to solve this problem?
