In Manufacturing Items Management App，I can't use 'Create Mfg Items Structure' command to build MBOM structure based on EBOM structure，there is a "Create restricted for Item Structure with Contextual Implement links. Select another item." warning on the command panel.For details, please refer to the following figure.
