Issue: The Resource Create function is deactivated.
I'm wondering how to insert a Resource in MFN (as described in https://help.3ds.com/2024x/english/dsdoc/DelMfnaUserMap/delmfna-r-ui-ActBar-Authoring-Primary.htm?contextscope=all&id=d72e3cb1bfef4e49b5e548eed8c1502c).

In my screen (attached), this function is deactivated.

I'm curious about how to create a resource. I'd like to know the methods for doing this. I'm wondering if it's necessary to create an Engineering Item, or if additional roles are required. Could you please explain the process and any prerequisites for creating resources in this system?
