Hello, I have question about FMEA Templates in PQA and SQA roles.

I want to add several columns before "Failure analysis" column in standart PFMEA and DFMEA templates to conform to AIAG/VDA standarts.

Based on our customer requirement, I need to add columns about Process or Structure of chosen Process/Assembly:

1. "Higher Level" column - parent process/assembly name
2. "Selected Element" column - analyzed process/asembly name
3. "Lower Level Element" - lower level process/assembly name.

I tried to add different types of columns in Template Editor, but it did not work after generating FMEA .

Can you please help me define, how to set columns in a Template to see those informations in FMEA?
