hello，I am currently working within a Partial Scope and would like to propose moving a lower‑level subcomponent from its current parent assembly to another parent assembly within the same product structure.

Both the source node and the target node are currently under the same Partial Scope, but the lower‑level subcomponent still cannot be moved or reassigned. The reassignment only becomes possible after the Scope is removed. However, if we remove the Scope, it will cause issues with subsequent attribute synchronization and change impact analysis.
