Can someone please explain the difference and the purpose of the Manufacturing Responsibility Tab found in Engineering Release app, and Manufacturing Responsibility command in Delmia Apps. I also found that when using the Manufacturing responsibility in Native App, I can't define Make or Buy attribute I saw being edited in Dassault videos. 

I also want to know how to further use the manufacturing responsibility (Delmia) to handle different manufacturing plants. My customer has two plants and want to have only one MBOM, but want to distinguish where something will be manufactured. e.g. one part is produced in Plant A and sold to Plant B to be assembles. For Plant A this is a make part, but for Plant B this is a Buy part. How or even does this affect processes? Is there any best practice suggestions?
