The 3DEXPERIENCE R2026x Cloud documentation mentions the ability to define actors which are made available in the Sign Off dialog box drop down. The DELWKISIgnOffRoleFilter.CATRule is then used to filter the list of actors to those that are applicable to Sign Off instruction.
The filtering CATRule can be deployed through Data Setup. However, it's not clear how the actor values are defined in the platform. For example, on a new tenant these are the values available:
What is the process for adding actors, like "Quality Manager", to the database so they are available to the work instruction authors in the Sign Off dialog?
