There is a limitation that prevents multiple child workplans that have been inserted under another WP or Header WP then being scoped to 1 resouce. There is an ENV that allows it without using a workaround but I am wondering why this limitation exisits. Does it have some undesirable impact? We have a use case where there are no recognisable 'lines' and would scope each workplan at the factory level. Is this ok?
