Previously, I understood that the Implemented Resource structure, such as Factory / Line / Station, was created in the PPR structure by using the Manufacturing Cell object.

For example, the production system structure was represented by creating Line and Station objects under a Manufacturing Cell. (fig1)

However, in recent versions, it seems that dedicated objects such as Factory, Line, and Work Center have been added.(fig2)

I would like to clarify the following points(Question):

1. What are the key differences between the existing resource structure (creating factories/lines/stations using manufacturing cell objects) and the structure using the new objects (dedicated factories/lines/work centers)? (Figure 1 vs. Figure 3)
    
2. What is the background behind the introduction of the factory, production line, and work center objects?
