In the Public Cloud User Assistance under Work Instructions is written:
You can publish the authored content without switching apps, example, without switching to Workplan Publication app. View or review the published content in the 3DWorkbook (web) app.
I don't see 3DWorkbook and Workplan Publication app in the Work Instructions/Process Engineer.
The Workplan Publication app is not in the User Assistance.
The 3DWorkbook is located under Process Engineering/Product.
How do I get access to 3DWorkbook and Workplan Publication app?
