After the update of FP on test environment, I am unable to see the structure tree on native app.

As I have update FP2243 on R2020x environment and after that the structure tree is not visible in native app, as in attached snapshot.

Also, on the production environment the FP2128 and version is R2020x in that I can see the structure tree, as in attached snap.

Suggest me how it can be resolved
