While trying to figure out "Shop Floor Programmer" it would keep switching to some other program, almost like a viewer "Enovia" or some name I can't recall. I thought it was due to weak internet signal so I tried running offline. It didn't fix that problem and now I've been locked out for 3 weeks getting this error.

How do I get a license again?

How do I get it to stop switching to the viewer. Since I can't log on I cant get the actual names and I don't recall them now.
