We’ve just completed our first implementation at a single plant with the use of the CoE. We’re planning the next plant and working through defining the who, what, when, how we coordinate work to enhance\\add to the CoE common core that’s been developed so far. The goal is to keep the core functionality reusable.  
We are looking for suggestions on what works from a governance model perspective, how to keep a good balance between the core and non-core components, how to get organizational alignment, and any other suggestions speaking from experience that helps keep the CoE’s integrity in place.
