My customer is currently in the process of editing and revising processes in 3DX. Where previously they have been able to successfully make changes and pull the new revisions into Apriso they are now experiencing problems. In the first case, trying to pull one of our workplans results in a broken version of the processes, with duplicated and Null versions of the steps. This has been the case for the last two revisions of the workplan, since 28/10. Please see the attached screenshot as it appears in Apriso Process Management. Secondly, they are unable to download the latest revisions of the second workplan, receiving an error message of "One or more errors occurred". Again, please see the screenshot attached. Previous revisions of this workplan have been successfully downloaded.
They checked the "Apriso Logs" location for any error but couldn't see anything relevant. We think it may be related to the CVE that they fixed by removing the FlexNetOperationService but one of their team reinstated this and it has had no effect. Are you also seeing this elsewhere where the service was disabled?
