Hello, we face from time to time an issue right after the publication of a workplan in Work instruction or Workplan publication app.

Apparently, the issue affects the the modification/creation of the "publication representation" object, for a workplan that has already been published or not! It's random. 

When a publication is done by the user, a "published operation" object of the workplan and under this object, a "publication representation" object is created. This last object is then modified when we republish the workplan. An apparently this is where we have the issue, see error message in the screenshot : "could not add content to published operation under : wpl ref". This ins random and not reproduced each time.

Does anyone have any idea of what the rootcause could be? Thanks!
