I've been trying to use Resource links in my Work Instructions, but after selecting in Product BuildUp options under Display, "Show Only Assigned Resource" for an operation that has a assigned resource, it somehow shows nothing.

For whatever reason, the capable Resource is not connected but is still shown on every operation. I'm using a tool i want to show on certain operations, and i figured using the Display option in Product BuildUp should fix my issue, but for some reason it is not "recognizing" the product as a Resource... Even thought under the "Manage Capable Resource links" it says that it is connected and is a valid resource. 

Not sure why the Product BuildUp is acting this way...

Is there any preference i'm missing for this to work?

In short, while selecting "Show Only Assigned Resource" for an Assigned resource, it shows nothing. Selecting "Show All Resources" it, as it should, show everything. However, it will also shows any resource, whether it is connected as an Assigned resource or not..

Also, is there any way to manage Resources in an easier way? Currently in a system with 28 operations, going in one by one and change which resource to show is rather slow

Appreciate any help with this issue. Im currently on R2018x HotFix 16
