Just installed Apriso 2018 with SP2 on Windows Server 2016 plus SQL Server, and got this error message. I checked both config files, and they look fine when I compare them with another install which is working fine (that I have done locally on my PC). I also checked in the documentation /Apriso/Portal/Documentation/ConfigurationDocs/CentralConfiguration.html#FlexNet.SystemServices.Security and it does not say anything about a "SampleSetting" item. The error message might be misleading then...

Anybody got that error message already?
