How would you respond to someone who tells you that visual management is useless?

Visual management is based on 3 pillars:


Understand, see, act.


It facilitates the understanding of a situation, the visualization of deviations and the implementation of improvement actions.


These methods, applied to any sector, can considerably improve business performance, but also the quality of life at work.


And in this it turns out to be very useful.
