A question towards using Visual Script to automate part level PMI/GD&T creation.

• Is this something anyone has done or are there better ways to handle this in 3Dx/Catia?
• In other CAD systems (NX MDB logical rules) our team has used attributes held at part level and also geometric (surface) attributes to drive PMI creation.
• The part level attributes carry the applicable ‘standard’ identifiers and revision of said standard (ASME based).
• The geometry carries things like hole/slot size as obvious measurable geometry gleaned by feature recognition, but additionally usage and other attributes that help the automation create an appropriate FCF (feature control frame) and any notes needed.
