Guys,

I have facing some problems to use physical products published in XGG. First, i can´t export this model attached in sldxml file. The warning 'Refresh page' appears before that the export has been concluded. I believe that could be related a size of file, but i'm not sure. Besides that, i can´t use drag and drop in SOLIDWORKS to insert part. When i try to do it, the part inserted is empty

I have tested with Collaboration Designer (UES) and 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS (XWC).

Anyone has experienced this also? Is there any recommendation or best practices to reuse XGG files in SOLIDWORKS?
