Is there a way to view history of locked and unlocked content?

For instance, lets say you locked the content at a certain time, committed it and removed the locks, then locked other content later. Then wanted to see what day you locked/unlocked content. It might be outside the scope/capability but if its possible it would help figure out if content was committed and the locks removed prior to another user, or if a freak accident occurred and locks were overridden.
