Hello - we've been trying to preproduce the cyclic dependency checker under analyze --> dependency checker menu. Our model has approximately 47,000 warnings associated with cyclic dependency so manually fixing the issues is not practical. We are attempting to create a script using the API to reproduce the dependency data shown in the dependency checker. Unfortunately, import com.nomagic.magicdraw.dependency.DependencyCheckerHelper only provides module or project level dependencies. 

Also attached the script we are using along with guiLog to post debug info to the Cameo notifcation window. Using Cameo EA 2021x.
