I am trying to create a Whitebox ICD diagram with custom headers that I can use in place of the default Whitebox ICD diagram. The custom name of the diagram for instance is Whitebox to SV6.

How do I then appropriate tag the new diagram so that when I create the diagram with right clicking on the block then this shows up and populates the data in the new format?

My attempt:

Select the already pre-made one I want to create from then followed the screens below. For properties I left default, and finish. Reload and try.

Then when I reload and try to create it, it won't show here. If I select it from the Diagrams options it doesn't work either. Unsure how to fix or properly assign.
