I created a simple numbering scheme to apply to blocks. A couple issues arose. Currently the stereotype is applied to everything. I was hoping to isolate it to the designated package, and then to the blocks contained within that package. how would I achieve that?

Just to reiterate:

1. I would like for the package to have that applied stereotype (if possible) that then anything added to that package will apply the stereotype to it. It is not necessarily a problem to manually apply it, but would prefer the automatic application if it isn't too much work.
2. Remove the auto application that is occurring currently where anything I create will have that numbered exchange stereotyped applied, regardless where I create the item.
   1. When I created the 2nd instance of the numbering interface, I had to constantly delete the applied Numbered Exchange stereotype as you can see with the 2 examples to the right of the customization blocks.
