I have the ESP-OC role and want to use the plugin, but when I try to log in to 3DX from the native app, it gets stuck on "Connecting to platform."

Here’s what happens step by step:

1. The login page appears.
2. The server address is entered.
3. The "3DX OnCloud" box is checked.
4. The 3DX login page appears.
5. Login is successful, but the app remains stuck on "Connecting to platform."

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?
