Solidworks should allow self intersecting in swept cuts

Hi everyone,

I would really appreciate some help with solutions here!

The problem is that i want to make a part that is like a "False cabinet door" look at picture bellow.








The prefered way i want to do this is that i draw the full profiled router bit and make a libarary with all the profiles we can use. This library has a lot of profiles!

But here is the problem... Most of our profiles is multi functional meaning that the whole profile is not used every time. to make the round outside corners i need to make a radius in each corner of "Path" matching the radius of used "profile".
This results in self intersecting geometry if i use the full profile. i really can't edit the profile every time since this is taking too long.

With stright path corners (not optional since this creates strigth cut corners.

Prefered results! (Here i have modified the profile to only the used part, also corners of path match profile radius.)

Edited profile to only used part.

If anyone have a solution that makes it possible to use full profile and get the rounded outside corners I would be werry happy!
