When using the chemistry sketcher component in a protocol form in the webport a structure can be drawn by double clicking to launch the sketcher (ISIS draw in my case) and this can be loaded back into the webport pane fine. The issue is when you want to edit the structure and so when you double click again it says launching sketcher but it never actually launches which is quite frustrating as frequently our chemists simply want to refine the structure and resubmit based on the results of their inital run of the work protocol. It is possible to launch the sketcher again if the sketcher is cleared via the option under the right click menu - but then you have to draw the entire structure again!

This behaviour has only been found since we upgraded to version 9 from version 8.5
