I have written a protocol which creates CSV files that are then imported into Waters Masslynx in order create a SPL file. That SPL file generates a table in Masslynx which can be used for data acquisition as well as post-processing. Is it possible to simply create the SPL files directly in Pipeline Pilot? That would save the end users an extra step, and they have requested for me to look into this.
