User difficulties selecting / highlighting Webport output

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this confusing phenomenon?
We have all users at our site working analysing data using the Webport interface and this all works fine. However many users find they are unable to select the HTML content. For example if a user wanted to copy some text, a picture or a table so they could paste it into a document or presentation then they'd be unable to do so since for some reason they can't select/highlight the content to be copied. No combination of left / right-clicking / tabbing seems to solve this problem.
The most frustrating thing is that I can't replicate the problem on my computer (which contains the PPclient if that's important) since whever I run the protocols I can select what I want without any problems.
Additionally from time to time a user who previously was unable to select content would suddenly find themselves able to do so, without any interfernece from me.
I'm stumpd as to what's causing this. I've gone through the IE (v6 I believe - not at work so can't check - certainly not v.7) settings and can't see anything obvious there. Sci-Tegic support hadn't seen this before and reckon it might be to do with browser settings. Could it be linked to another litle bug we have which is that a user sometimes needs to go through a few clicks and tabs before they are permitted to enter content in a text box?

Any comments / suggesstions much appreciated.

Thanks, Tris
